The total field trip fee for the direct costs (transportation, park ticket, Disney Dining Card) associated with this field trip is $265.00. If you are interested in going on this optional trip, please complete the following by Monday, March 11, 2024:

Trip Payments:

A non-refundable deposit of $150.00 is due March 18, 2024. (Invoiced via PayPal after trip form has been submitted and emailed by March 13, 2024).

The balance of the trip payment ($115) is due Friday, May 3, 2024. (Invoiced via PayPal after and emailed late April.)

The field trip fee will cover: 

  • Charter bus transportation for the entire itinerary

  • Disneyland Park Ticket

  • $15 Disney Dining Card to be used in Disneyland Park for meals

The students will need to pay for or provide on their own:

  • Sack breakfast for the trip to Disneyland.

  • Any remaining money needed to cover their lunch and dinner. The $15 Disney Dining Card should cover most of one meal. We recommend bringing an additional $20-$25 for an additional meal and snacks.

  • Spending money for souvenirs (optional).

Please note the following (Important!): 

  1. To make the trip financially viable, we must travel with full charter buses. As forms are submitted, we begin filling the first bus. Every student who submits a form after the first bus is full will be on a waiting list until we have enough students to fully fund a 2nd charter bus. After the 2nd bus is full, this same process will continue.

  2. If the sum of the payments (Full Trip Payments + Financial Assistance Requested + Additional Donations) does not cover the cost of the trip, the trip will be canceled. This will be considered after all the trip forms and deposits are received by Monday, March 18, 2024.

  3. Failure to make the agreed payment amount by the due date will move the student to the bottom of the waiting list.

Cancelation Policy:

  • On or before March 18, 2024 = Full Refund

  • On or before May 3, 2024 = Refund minus cost of Disneyland ticket ($148) and Disney Dining Card ($15).*

  • After May 3, 2024 = No Refund*

*In the event you have to cancel after March 18, 2024, it’s possible that a student from the waiting list will be able to assume the costs of your canceled trip enabling us to give you a full refund. However, this is not guaranteed.

Chaperones

We need chaperones! We need Parents/Guardians to chaperone to make this trip a success. Indicate your interest when completing the trip form for your student. Chaperones make the full trip payment.

  • All chaperones receive a full-day ticket and a $15 Disney Dining Card and are expected to ride the charter bus to and from Disneyland.

  • The Disneyland trip is intended for students to spend the day with their friends in the instrumental music program. Parents/Guardians are discouraged from volunteering to chaperone just to spend the day with their student.

  • Chaperones will only be accepted who also make the full trip payment for their student.

Trip Sign Up

To attend this trip, you must complete steps #1 & #2 by Monday, March 11, 2024.
The $150 deposit is due no later than Monday, March 18, 2024.
The trip balance must be paid by Friday, May 3, 2024.
