Disneyland Trip Payments

Make A Trip Payment By Check or Cash

  1. Make check payable to: Buchanan Foundation.
  2. Put the student’s name on the memo line of the check.
  3. Put the check or cash in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the student’s name and what the check is for. 
  4. Submit the payment to Mr. Lack in the BHS Bandroom by Friday, May 11, 2018.
  • Checks may be held until just after the trip fee due date so they can be returned if the trip is canceled due to insufficient funding.
  • Change is not given for overpayment and will be considered a donation to the program. 

Make a Trip Payment by Credit or Debit Card

  1. Select the traveler type, enter the traveler name and click Pay Now
  2. In the PayPal checkout window, enter the amount you would like to pay in the field marked Price Per Item, either the full $180 trip payment or the amount you indicated when you requested financial assistance. Click Continue.
  3. If you do have a PayPal account, simply login and all of your credit/debit card info will be available to you. 
  4. If you do not have a PayPal account, click ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’. Fill in your payment information and submit the payment.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions to make the trip payment.
