Itinerary


12:35 Lunch PE students check in with PE teacher and then head to band room to get instruments and music.
12:40 All students get instruments and music (bring cases) and set up in quad.
12:45 Quick ensemble warm-up
12:50 Perform
1:15 Store instruments in cases and eat lunch
1:45 Clean up. Don’t forget to take your instruments and music home for the concert tonight!

Performer Attire

Equipment List

  • Each performer is responsible for bringing all instruments, mutes, accessories, sticks/mallets to and from the performance venue.

  • Double bass, stool, rock stop

  • Jazz Bass, strap, 2 9volt batteries, 2 instrument cables

  • Drums, cymbals, throne, rug

  • Vibes/Auxiliary Percussion

  • Plexiglass, blue tape, sharpie

  • Amps, instrument cables, crate of Music, Piano, Stand/Bench, Sustain Pedal, Extension cords

  • 9 Mics, XLR cables, boom stands, Yamaha mixer, 3 EV speakers (one to use as a monitor for piano), speaker cables, and their stands

  • Gear Carts

  • Scores

Important Reminders

  • Do not forget to bring your instrument, sheet music, and all necessary accessories home after school.
