Trip Payments

Students

To Make Credit/Debit Card Trip Payments in Charms:  

Please note: This option may not be available until 24-48 hours after we receive your Trip Form.

  1. In your web browser, navigate to: https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms/plogin.asp

  2. Enter our school code: becmusic

  3. Enter your student’s CUSD ID number or unique password in the area marked ‘Student Area Password’.

  4. Change Your Password (1st login only). Your are required to change your password to something other than your student ID. You will be prompted after the 1st login. Password issues? Just let us know (becorchestras@gmail.com or becbands@gmail.com) or check with another family member who may have changed it.

  5. Click ‘Finances’. Any available trip credit that can be used towards travel costs can be viewed here.

  6. Scroll down to ‘----SELECT TRIP——‘. Select the trip you would like to make a payment for.

  7. Click ‘Make Trip Payment’ - Continue with PayPal. You do not need to have or create a PayPal account to pay using PayPal. Just follow the onscreen instructions to make the payment. 

    • If you do have a PayPal account: Simply login and all of your credit/debit card info will be available to make the trip payment.

    • If you do not have a PayPal account, click ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’ option. Fill in your payment information and submit the payment.

  8. Follow all the steps until you return to Charms and the payment us confirmed.

To Make Trip Payments By Check or Cash

  1. Make check payable to: Buchanan Foundation.

  2. Put the student’s name/trip name on the memo line of the check.

  3. Put the check in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the student’s name and what the check is for.

  4. Change is not given for overpayment and will be considered a donation to the program.

  5. Submit the payment to the red Bandroom mailbox by the payment due date.

  6. Checks may be held until just after the trip fee due date so they can be returned if the trip is canceled due to insufficient funding.

Chaperones

Credit/Debit Card Trip Payments

1. In your web browser, navigate to: https://www.charmsoffice.com/charms/plogin.asp

2. Enter our school code: becmusic

3. In the area marked Trip Chaperone Password. Your password is the first 3 letters of your last name and the first two letters of your first name (Susie Smith = SMISU)

4. At this point, we recommend you change your password by clicking the Change Password link. 

5. Back on the home screen, click Trip Statement

6. In the pull down menu marked Select Trip to Pay, choose the trip you would like to pay for and click Make Trip Payment.

7. Enter the amount of the payment and click Make Payment to continue to PayPal. You do not need to have or create a PayPal account to pay using PayPal. Just follow the onscreen instructions to make the payment.

• If you do have a PayPal account: Simply login and all of your credit/debit card info will be available to make the trip payment.

• If you do not have a PayPal account: Click ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’ option. Fill in your payment information and submit the payment.
