Spectator Parking: Free parking is available at your own risk in the surrounding areas. The best Fresno State lot available is the “P20 lot” (formerly the “Q lot”) located on Barstow Avenue just east of Cedar Avenue. The north end of Bulldog Stadium (on Barstow) will be open for ticket sales and pedestrian entrance into the stadium.
Please eat a significant (and healthy!) breakfast before you arrive at Buchanan for rehearsal and and a healthy lunch after rehearsal. No soda or energy drinks today. Drink lots of water!
Backpacks, ice chest and strollers are not allowed in the Stadium. No bottles or glass containers, and no water bottles larger than 12oz are allowed into Bulldog Stadium.
Video Recording Not Allowed at any Buchanan Performance or Competition. Recording of any group or performance is against copyright laws and Buchanan risks penalty if anyone from our organization were to video record. Thank you for your cooperation.
Parents/Guardians may pick your own student at the end of the above itinerary (when the truck is loaded and/or the students have been officially dismissed) with a 'Post-Event Release Form'. We will only release students to their own parent/guardian. Please present the completed form in person to the supervising head chaperone when you pick your student up.
Don't forget your 5 S's - ApolloS, Shirt, Shorts, Socks, & Shoes!

9:15am Full Band Meeting
9:30am Load Buses
9:45am Depart for Bulldog Stadium
10:15am Arrive at stadium/Unload the Truck/Pit Setup
11:00am To stadium to watch bands:
• 11:18am Hanford HS
• 11:30am Taft Union HS
• 11:42am Mission Oak
12:15pm Lunch (Provided)
1:00pm Change Into Uniform
1:30pm Percussion/Guard Warm Up/Hornline Ready for Warm Up/Section Time
2:00pm Hornline to Warm Up
2:15pm Hornline Warm Up (Area F)
2:30pm Pit to Gate
3:00pm Pit @ Gate/Band to Gate
3:05pm Band @ Gate
3:15pm Buchanan Preliminary Performance
3:30pm Push everything back to truck.
3:45pm Change into half uniform/Return to stadium
4:15pm Bulldog Marching Band Exhibition Performance (Sit together!)
4:30pm Preliminary Awards
4:45pm Back to Truck
5:00pm Dinner @ Truck (Provided)
5:30pm Full Band Meeting @ Truck
