Spectator Parking: The spectator lot is located in Lot 1 just west of the stadium. There is no charge for spectator parking.
Tickets: Day Pass (Prelims & Finals) - $27; Prelims or Finals - $18 each. Tickets may also be purchased at the gate. Click here for more ticket information as well as same day/onsite discounts. We will also be selling a limited amount of discount tickets to the show.
Outside food and beverage is NOT allowed in the Stadium.
Still photography of any kind MAY be taken from the spectator seating areas.
Video Recording Not Allowed at any Buchanan Performance or Competition. Recording of any group or performance is against copyright laws and Buchanan risks penalty if anyone from our organization were to video record. Thank you for your cooperation.
All 2018 Official Bands of America and Music for All Merchandise is powered by PepWear! New apparel, including the Commemorative 2018 BOA Championship T-shirts and event souvenirs are available for purchase onsite at the BOA souvenir stand and online at shop.musicforall.org. Please tell your students and their families so they can bring home a BOA souvenir!
Parents/Guardians may pick your own student at the end of the itinerary below (when the truck is loaded and/or the students have been officially dismissed) with a 'Post-Event Release Form'. We will only release students to their own parent/guardian. Please present the completed form in person to the supervising head chaperone when you pick your student up.
Don't forget your 5 S's - ApolloS, Shirt, Shorts, Socks, & Shoes!
Don't forget anything else you will need for the show!

4:00am Report to Buchanan H.S. Bandroom
4:15am Load Buses
4:30am Depart for Pleasant Hill. Sack Breakfast on the way. Required quiet time until the first stop.
One restroom stop along the way.
8:30am Change Into Uniform
9:00am Section Time
9:10am Ready For Warm Up
9:25am Warm Up (Area C)
9:55am Pit to Gate
10:05am Pit Reports to Gate
10:10am Band to Gate
10:20am Band Reports to Gate
10:30am Buchanan Preliminary Performance
10:45am Group Photo
11:00am Move equipment/instruments back to truck. Change into half uniform
11:15am Lunch @ Picnic Area (Provided)
12:00pm Back to stadium (take a bottle of water with you).
12:15pm Watch Bands (Sit together. You may take one or two bands off between 12:15pm & 1:00pm to buy souvenirs). Everyone has to watch the last three starting at 1pm.

3:00pm Full Band Meeting at the truck. Dinner at the picnic area (time TBA).

4:00pm Gates for finals open.
4:30pm National Anthem & Introductions
5:00pm First Finalist Band Performs
8:30pm Finals Competition Ends
8:45pm Finale - Presentation of Awards
9:30pm Encore - We will stay whether we are performing or watching.
9:45pm Load truck/Change Out of Uniform/Snack (Provided)
10:30pm Depart for Clovis
2:00am Arrive at Buchanan/Dismissed
